Role Overview

They are looking for a Marketing Manager to help create and execute on the incoming marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for supporting day-to-day social needs across different channels, scaling brand and company awareness, and manage operations of marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the overall marketing goals and target audiences
  • Run the day-to-day operations of social platforms (Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Farcaster, Discord, Telegram etc.)
  • Develop social media content in the form of tweets, blog posts. Scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels
  • Manage marketing campaigns, adhering to timelines and deadlines
  • Track performance metrics, measure the success of campaigns, and make data-driven decisions for optimization

  • 2+ years of web3 marketing experience
  • Proven record of running successful marketing campaigns
  • General knowledge of Search Engine Optimization and internet ranking for web content
  • Relevant experience determining a target audience and how to cater unique marketing campaigns to capture their attention
  • Strong understanding of marketing communications strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout various forms of outreach

  • Meme Mastery: We need someone who lives and breathes social media, particularly X/Twitter, Farcaster, and Discord. You should be able to craft and share content that isn’t just promotional but truly engaging, with a knack for the current social meta and trends.
