Role Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Tokenomics team. In this role, you will work closely with new and existing clients to develop and optimize their tokenomics strategies with Animoca Brands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management within the Web3 space, with a deep understanding of blockchain technology and tokenomics.

-Lead the development and implementation of tokenomics strategies for new and existing clients.

-Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into comprehensive product requirements and specifications.

-Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, marketing) to deliver high-quality products that meet client expectations.

-Ensure that products are aligned with the company’s overall vision and strategy.

-Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding product-related matters.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success.

-Conduct regular check-ins and reviews with clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancements.

-Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and beyond.

-Create and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and roadmaps.

-Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful product delivery.

-Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the product development process.

-Conduct market research and analysis to stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.

-Use insights from market research to inform product strategy and development.

-Identify new opportunities for product innovation and growth within the Web3 space.

-Proven experience in product management within the Web3 industry.

-Strong understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and the broader crypto ecosystem.

-Demonstrated experience working with clients to develop and implement product strategies.

-Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

-Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
