What Youâll Do
- Take full ownership of key interfaces â from trade execution flows to portfolio views â and evolve them from idea to production.
- Build clean, performant UIs using React + React Native + Tailwind + TypeScript.
- Collaborate tightly with design and product to create intuitive, crypto-native experiences.
- Shape engineering culture: leave code better than you found it, review thoughtfully, and raise the bar.
What Weâre Looking For
- Senior engineer with a track record of delivering and maintaining real products at scale.
- Fluent in modern front-end tools (React, React Native, Next.js, Tailwind, TypeScript).
- Deep empathy for users. Youâre obsessed with quality, clarity, and reducing friction.
- Crypto experience is a plus, but not required â we care more that youâre curious and rigorous.
- Youâre comfortable with velocity â shipping fast, debugging in prod, and iterating.
