We are looking for a Senior Product Manager with a product domain within the finance trading /derivatives /finance product space. You will be tasked with product development and team management as we grow our product suite and team size. If you have globalised product experience and are fluent in English, this would be a suitable position for you.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and design finance products, prepare PRD, wire-frame and product roadmap with a user-focused mindset
• Manage cross-team communication and collaboration to ensure product quality and completion of product milestones
• Analyse product performance data and promptly react to user feedback to optimise user experience continuously
• Proactively communicate with different BUs to co-work on cross BU missions and promote our visibility
• Achieve given goals by smart task breakdown and delegation with efficient utilisation of limited team resources and flexible prioritisation
• Initiate ideas or conversations that will be beneficial to the teamwork or product output to bring in positive influence
• Negotiate and communicate with different stakeholders timely as an owner to build consensus and manage reasonable expectations

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product management, product owner or product leader role
• Strong leadership and influence across different teams and stakeholders to drive results
• Management skill to organise tasks, grow members, and monitor team performance
• Familiarity with data analytics, product KPI, business outcome and regulatory requirements
• Team player, proactive performer, problem solver, and being hands on at work
• Experience in crypto exchange, finance trading, or finance derivatives is a big plus
• Fluent in English
