We are looking to hire a Senior Recruiter with a deep passion for Web3 to own all of Sei Foundation’s hiring. You will work directly with our Cofounder and leaders across BD, Ecosystem, Marketing, Investments and beyond in growing Sei globally. We are looking for a consultative talent partner who can help our leaders build best practices, while still rolling up their sleeves in sourcing and hiring end to end across a broad spectrum of Web3 talent.

You’d be joining a world-class Web3 team with supportive leaders from Polygon, Solana, Protocol Labs, etc. in building the fastest blockchain in the world.

Responsibilities

    • Identifying and closing top Web 3 talent globally (US, EMEA, APAC), conveying to them the unique mission and culture we’ve built at Sei Foundation
    • Constructing an end to end recruiting operation that produces bar-raising hiring decisions quickly and at scale
    • Defining and publicizing a talent brand that attracts the best talent in crypto
    • Counseling founders and leaders on issues ranging from process and offer negotiation to global buildouts and organizational design

Requirements

    • Must have a deep understanding of the current Web 3 talent market, ideally hiring at either L1/L2’s or top Dapps
    • 5+ years of experience building commercial teams globally (mix of Agency and Inhouse experience a plus)
    • A history of building deep, trusted relationships with hiring managers in an early startup environment
    • Genuine passion for the wide-ranging implications of Crypto and how it impacts the future of the internet
    • Evidence of being relentless: Experience overcoming challenging personal and professional circumstances
