Responsibilities :

• Lead crypto card launches in new markets and end-to-end project management/implementation/expansion through close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
• Negotiate and manage contracting efforts with partners 
• Co-develop and execute card lifecycle management and GTM strategies
• Manage external partner relationships and business plans (e.g. processors, bin sponsors, card networks) to drive project success
• Identify opportunities to increase operational efficiency and work with internal/external stakeholders to solutionize and improvise business operations implementation
• Drive business assessment and project management for new strategic card/pay projects
• Account manage and provide operational support to Binance Pay customers (PSPs, payment gateways, merchants) on pre/post implementation initiatives (onboarding, marketing campaigns, expansion plans, troubleshooting etc.)
• Work with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement solutions to improve customers’ experience
• Manage OKRs/KPIs, success metrics and performance tracking across projects to optimize success

Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of payments or fintech experience
• Experience in at least one or a combination of project management, account management, strategy and business operations roles
• Good knowledge of the card payment industry
• Good knowledge in merchant operations and account management
• Self-starter, problem solver, results-oriented and able to execute fast
• Demonstrated ability to work as a team player, strong interpersonal skills
• Effective communicator to engage with external and internal stakeholders
• Critical thinking and analytical skills to generate insights with data
• Fluent in English; Good command of Chinese will be considered as an asset
