About the role

The Partnership Manager (Copy) will play an integral role in shaping the concept and execution of NFT projects that are created by Palm NFT Studio. You’d be an integral part of a tight-knit Business Development team that is growing the scope of Palm NFT Studio beyond our own creative project team. If you are a strong relationship builder, creative commercial mind, and have a passion for NFTs and blockchain, we’d love to meet you. The Partnership Manager will be a part of the Business Development Team, and report to the VP of Partnerships.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzing the fast growing NFT ecosystem for companies and tools that will add value to NFT projects and could be potential partners of Palm NFT Studio.
  • Outreach to these potential partners, articulating the value of our ecosystem and the benefits of being one of our partners.
  • Onboarding partners (commercially) and supporting any technical integration projects.
  • Distribution leads to partners, tracking pipelines, managing large opportunities in conjunction with partners.
  • Conducting Quarterly Business Reviews with partners and formulating opportunities for joint marketing initiatives
  • You’ll be highly cross-functional, interfacing directly with Product, Tech, and Marketing teams to thoughtfully grow our NFT activities.

Required skills

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in client or partner management, including experience in a growth-stage company or startup environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to produce concepts from scratch and enhance ideas provided by others.
  • A strong track record of exceeding growth targets.
  • An ability to adapt quickly and collaborate across a variety of teams, including Product & Tech, Content and Marketing.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities, workstreams, and stakeholders.

  • Experience working with Web3 organizations
  • A knowledge of, and passion for, NFTs and blockchain.
  • Having worked in a startup as well as in a big corporate environment
  • Having worked in a remote environment
