Right now, for our Partnership Team, we’re looking for a

DeFi Partnership Manager

In this role, you will be in charge of

  • Developing a partnership channel strategy for the DeFi market
  • Developing strategic partnerships with newly identified partners and nurturing relationships, while building trust and rapport
  • Managing the cooperation with the focus on finding common business goals, that are in line with Coinfirm’s strategy and ensuring that all parties are satisfied with the progress and outcome of partnerships
  • Representing both the voice of the partner to Coinfirm and the voice of Coinfirm to the partner as required to resolve issues and attain success with customers
  • Supporting partners through the entire go-to-market strategy, as well as targeting potential customers
  • Supporting a wide variety of partners, with the main focus on the DeFi market
  • Closely cooperating with the internal sales team to ensure partnership consistency

Your strengths and experience

  • Proven successful track record as a Partnership or Relationship Manager in the compliance/consulting sector
  • 5+ years of experience in technology (e.g. SaaS) sales
  • Understanding DeFi market
  • Relationship-driven with ease in building and maintaining relationships with senior leaders and executives
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Customer-oriented problem-solver
  • A solid understanding of the market and interest in blockchain technology
