Responsibilities

• Develop and lead Readnet’s product development strategy, including full ownership of product feature implementation
• Construct high-impact, visually appealing, and responsive front-end applications
• Lead research into emerging web3 technologies and present options, strategies, and ideas to the team
• Take mockups and develop production-ready code
• Spot and fix bugs
• Contribute to the web3 developer community by open-sourcing solutions for problems you may find

Requirements

• Proficiency with HTML and CSS
• 1+ year experience with React & Typescript
• Experience with ethers.js or web3.js
• Experience with Next.js
• Proficient with REST & SOAP
• A portfolio of personal projects in the web3 space
• Working knowledge of information security issues
• Experience working with component libraries
• Background in consumer apps
• Able to translate mockups to code
• Good time management
• Eagerness to "automate everything."
• Excellent English language skills (written & verbal)
• Deep and genuine interest in Web3, DAOs, etc
• You own NFTs

Good to have

• Strong product design sense
• Experience with ens.js
• Experience with the Graph
• Experience with Vercel
• Experience Node.js
• You are passionate and up to date with crypto
• Experience with web-based 3d and 2d game/rendering technologies (e.g. three.js, pixi.js, etc.) is a plus
• You have joined a DAO
• Experience with file storage with IPFS and metadata handling with Ceramic
• You are fun to talk to about the future of the Internet
