Safe{Core} introduces an open-source interoperability protocol for modular smart contract-based accounts (“smart accounts”). It addresses challenges in the smart account ecosystem such as fragmentation, vendor lock-in, and security risks. 


Our latest launch of Safenet sees the introduction of instant cross-chain transactions from a single unified balance. It serves as a transaction processor network that is reimagining the execution of on-chain payments and moving the world's GDP on-chain.

You’ll be joining a growing team that currently includes 90+ people overall. This role will be based in Berlin, Germany (🇩🇪) along with most of our team, but we also have awesome teammates in Switzerland (🇨🇭), Spain (🇪🇸), Portugal (🇵🇹) and other countries.


💻 About the role:

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end talent acquisition strategies, collaborating closely with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You will leverage your expertise in sourcing, recruitment, and employer branding to attract and retain top-tier talent.

🗃️ What you will be doing: 

  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership team to understand business needs and develop tailored hiring strategies.

  • Simplify hiring by designing and implementing clear, efficient, and competency-based hiring processes.

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles and future hiring needs.

  • Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking, to identify top talent.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining transparent communication and a streamlined hiring process.

  • Use data-driven insights to refine recruitment strategies and improve hiring efficiency.

  • Collaborate with the people business partnering team and leadership teams to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) hiring initiatives.


🎒 What you will bring: 

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition.

  • Strong expertise in competency-based hiring and structured interviewing.

  • Track record of simplifying and optimizing hiring processes for efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Ability to train and coach hiring managers on modern recruitment best practices.

  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.

  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ideally Ashby) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).

  • Ability to analyze hiring metrics and provide insights for continuous improvement.

  • Ability to prioritize, organize and execute quickly and efficiently in a dynamic environment with ever-changing and competing demands.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
