Responsibilities:
- Provide on-time deliverable of talent development & organisation development programs
- Quality of deliverable measured by key users/ stakeholders (learners, managers, HRBPs) feedback & satisfaction
- Assist in designing, developing, deploying & evaluating talent development programs, including online asynchronous learning paths, live training sessions, and use of external resources (e.g., executive coaches)
- Support the assessment and analyses of team/ employee learning needs and help create tailored solutions
- Support the performance review cycles, talent review and succession planning initiatives
- Support change management activities, including impact analyses, stakeholder engagement and communications
- Contribute to the development of job, skill and development frameworks for various teams
- Contribute to people & business data analyses for understanding management effectiveness, leadership competencies and organisational health to propose improvement plans
- Maintain accurate and organised records of learning activities
- Support other HR projects and initiatives as needed
Requirements:
- At least 4 days/week for 6 months dedicated to internship, currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably relevant to Business, HR or I/O Psychology
- Good understanding about human resources management; experience with learning/talent development/organisation development is a plus
- Strong curiosity with an open mind and eagerness to learn, able to collaborate with cross-cultural teams
- Skillful and concise communications, able to explain complex concepts in simple terms with fluent English
- Sound logic for generating solutions from problem analysis; creativity is preferred
