Key Responsibilities:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a focus on hiring both technical and non-technical roles within a fast-paced and dynamic organization
- Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top talent, utilizing innovative recruitment strategies and tools to identify and engage candidates
- Strong understanding of technical roles and requirements, with the ability to assess technical skills and experience effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is required
- A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and team-oriented environment
