REMOTE ONLY   Here at Ianuly Talent Accelerators, we recruit individuals for venture backed tech startups. We are looking for a GitHub Recruiter Summer Intern who is excited to partner with our team and our early stage technology clients. The ideal candidate MUST LOVE emerging technologies and have extensive experience with GitHub.   As a Technical Sourcer Summer Intern at Ianuly Talent Accelerators, your primary responsibility will  be to work in GitHub to engage members of the GitHub community to gain interest in our open positions and clients. You will be sourcing these individuals into our pipeline of open positions that we have under the discretion of the clients that we work with. These clients are Founders and CEOs of early stage technology companies and venture-backed start-ups in high growth. The open positions that we need help with in GitHub tend to revolve around crypto, web3, blockchain, and other technical positions. The ideal candidate is a hard-working team player who will play a critical role in helping us utilize GitHub to source for these technical positions.

Recruiter job description

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization

This includes sourcing and screening candidates, conducting interviews, and negotiating offers

You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals, as well as staying up-to-date on market trends and industry best practices

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to think strategically and solve problems, and a strong attention to detail

You should also have a deep understanding of web3 technologies and the ability to assess technical skills and fit for various roles
