About the job

Our fully remote team is looking for a full-time in-house recruiter to help us achieve our hiring goals for individuals passionate about the NFT and Blockchain space.

You can expect to

  • Prepare job ads and distribute them across relevant job boards.
  • Screen candidates under our criteria.
  • Schedule applicant Interviews alongside the appropriate Founders/Department leads
  • Manage our full recruitment workflow from tracking and contacting applicants, scheduling interviews to issuing offers and contracts in partnership with the management team.
  • Help mature our recruitment process to improve our candidate experience, while building a strong employer brand.
