We are building resilient investment instruments for risk-conscious crypto holders. The founders are tech universities alumni with extended cross-product experience in TradFi (global markets structuring & financial engineering) and Tech (Revolut & Yandex) under their belt.
Who we are looking for:
A talented Growth Lead to help us develop and implement GTM strategy. Our early focus is on risk-conscious crypto holders - funds, large accounts, crypto treasuries and B2B2C distribution (through wallets and exchanges), so there is a good part of bizdev and b2b->
- Prior professional experience in marketing, GTM development, growth or BizDev;
- Growth mindset - we want to test broad product / outreach hypotheses and be flexible in implementing ideas that work best;
- Hands-on approach, being able to put skills to work;
- Creative and driven to excel. You will be the core owner of the growth strategy that is critical for project’s success;
- Enthusiastic about web3 / DeFi.
Highly preferred:
- Prior market segments experience: crypto, fintech and broader finance;
- Experience working in zero-to-one environments;
The primary goals of your role will be:
- refining and iterating GTM strategy through qualitative and data-driven decisions;
- implementing specific elements of GTM strategy, personally and using internal resources (e.g. involving founders for BizDev activity) as well as external ones (e.g. community management services) as necessary;
- building and developing Resolv Labs brand strategy;
- ideating collaboratively on product features based on users and marketing channels feedback;
Bonus points for being an active member of the crypto builders community - fueling business development and partnerships ideas.
