We are looking for an experienced - and highly technical - partnerships manager to join our team as Infra Partnerships Lead, focused on all things Infrastructure. In this role, you will play a focal role in managing relationships, coordinating with potential infrastructure partners, and evaluating their technological offerings. Your expertise in web3 technologies will be essential as you assess capabilities and make recommendations to the team regarding technology stacks. Your extensive network will enable you to cultivate partnerships and drive growth in our infrastructure ecosystem.

Responsibilities

    • Cultivate and maintain relationships with new and existing infrastructure partners (such as indexers, block explorers, analytics providers, etc) including serving as the primary point of contact for infra partner communications and inquiries
    • Coordinate discussions and negotiations with potential infrastructure partners, including preliminary assessment of their technological offerings and evaluation of proposals
    • Facilitate partnership agreements and contracts in collaboration with legal and executive teams
    • Collaborate with partners to identify mutual opportunities and synergies (both product drive, as well as marketing driven), ensuring alignment between partner objectives and organizational goals
    • Provide insights and recommendations on the adoption of specific technologies
    • Leverage your extensive network within the web3 and infrastructure communities, identifying and pursuing opportunities for collaboration and partnership
    • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including product development, engineering, and marketing to ensure timely partnership GTM initiatives

Requirements

    • Very strong technical experience / engineering background.
    • Proven experience in business development, partnership management, or a related field, preferably within the infrastructure and/or web3 space.
    • Strong understanding of web3 technologies, including blockchain and smart contracts.
    • Demonstrated ability to assess and evaluate technological offerings and make informed recommendations.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
    • A deep understanding of the infrastructure space, including the roles played by different components, the flow of resources, key stakeholders, and factors contributing to the success of emerging ecosystems.
    • Experience collaborating with various infrastructure projects from inception to growth stages
    • Have supported nascent blockchain networks/protocols in establishing their infrastructure ecosystem, ideally prior to mainnet launch.
    • Established network within the infrastructure community, including projects, developers, and key decision makers.
    • Expertise in developing and implementing partnership agreements with a focus on long-term sustainability and the impact on ecosystem dynamics.
