What We’re Looking For 🔍

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented , well-organised , and able to stay focused on repetitive tasks with precision. Experience in implementing and following structured processes 🛠️ is essential. Additionally, advanced English skills (C1 or above) are required to communicate effectively within our team.

Responsibilities

You Will 🚀

  • Support Sales Processes: Help design, implement, and optimise sales processes to drive efficiency and productivity.

  • Sales Documentation: Assist in creating and managing sales playbooks, proposals, and training materials

  • Market & Investment Research: Research industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to uncover growth opportunities.

  • Conference Support: Compile lists of relevant side events, handle registrations, and assist in building targeted lead lists.

  • Collaboration: Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer service, to support strategic sales initiatives.

Requirements

You Have 🤓

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a similar role (internships are also valued).

  • Crypto or blockchain industry experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and data analysis tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Attention to detail: Ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks.

  • Independence and adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adjusting to change quickly.
