About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Technical Recruiter to join our team in China. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and recruiting top talent within the tech and marketing industries. This role requires fluency in Mandarin and a deep understanding of the local job market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract high-quality candidates in the tech and marketing fields.
  • Source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide guidance on job descriptions, interview processes, and hiring decisions.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in recruiting.
  • Provide regular reports and metrics on recruitment activities and outcomes.
  • Foster a positive candidate experience and act as a brand ambassador for the company.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on tech and marketing roles.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and strong English communication skills.
  • Proven success in sourcing and hiring top talent in a competitive market.
  • Strong knowledge of modern recruiting techniques, applicant tracking systems, and social media platforms.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with recruiting in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Chinese labor laws and regulations.
