Role Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Strategic Finance Intern to join our team. This internship will provide an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, strategic planning, and decision-making processes within a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

    • Assist in the financial budgeting process by coordinating with teams to ensure alignment between group initiatives and local strategies, while identifying risks and opportunities.
    • Learn to build financial models and provide data analytics to understand business conditions and evaluate the economic implications of various actions.
    • Support subsidiaries and group businesses by highlighting performance trends and identifying causes of unexpected variances.
    • Analyze financial performance from different perspectives
    • Provide decision support by monitoring business drivers, industry trends, and competitor analysis.
    • Prepare financial analysis reports for senior management to aid in decision-making, both periodically and on an ad-hoc basis.
    • Participate in strategic initiatives, including M&A and fundraising activities.

Requirements

    • Currently enrolled in a Business / Investment / Economics degree program
    • Strong quantitative and effective communication skills
    • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
    • Positive attitude, enthusiasm, and eagerness to take on new challenges.
