Strategy Director
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans that are data-driven and aligned with the company's goals across different verticals of the crypto industry and general fintech industry;
- Work effectively with internal teams and external partners to implement strategic initiatives;
- Recommend product pricing, such as fees to charge or rewards to offer, and monitor P&L to ensure we are building sustainably, or adjust our pricing strategy where applicable;
- Perform data analysis on our user & products, identify trends or gaps, and recommend improvements;
- Assist with strategic partnerships and investments as appropriate;
- Manage or mentor junior members of the strategy team;
- Be a role model of having a “founder’s mentality” with strong ownership.
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or above;
- Based in Hong Kong or able to accommodate working hours of Hong Kong (GMT+8);
- Strong interest in the blockchain/ crypto industry, with good knowledge of DeFi being a strong plus;
- Prefer candidates with 5-7 years of work experience in a relevant industry (e.g., management consulting) and has managed teams;
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint;
- (Plus but not required) Familiarity with Tableau, SQL and/or Python for data analysis.
