We're looking for a skilled Trading Operations expert to help us optimize our trading operations and drive our vision forward. Join our team of innovators and problem solvers who are shaping the future of crypto trading.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks for the Operations team based on the activities of the Business Development and Trading teams.
- Ensure smooth communication with exchanges and partners
- Stay updated on new market trends (coins, pairs, exchanges, etc.) and, provide valuable insights to the trading team.
- Collaborate closely with finance and accounting teams to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies
- Ensure operational security, including managing risks related to security measures, 2FA, APIs, and exchanges.
- Develop automation tools or work with the tech team to find solutions that make our trading processes easier and more efficient.
- Implement reporting metrics and statistics that enable the team to make decisions and constantly improve the department.
- Proactively identify, initiate and execute strategic and operational improvements that would have a substantial impact on the company, in terms of cost saving, minimization of errors, and time spent by traders on solving tradeops issues.
WHAT WE EXPECT
- At least 3 years of proven experience in crypto trading operations, market-making, or financial services.
- Basic knowledge of programming.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in risk management and automation tools.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving operational excellence and efficiency.
- Very good English knowledge - verbal and written.
- Available work at least half of the day during EET working hours.
- Be available for on-call to solve urgent issues that may arise outside of regular working hours.
