About the position

We’re looking for a Director of Web & Digital Strategy to guide the strategic direction of Keyfactor's website and digital presence for our fast-growing identity-first security business. This role involves leading teams responsible for web, digital, and creative marketing and sits on the Marketing Leadership Team. The Director will be responsible for implementing Keyfactor's global digital and web strategy to drive growth and awareness, working closely with other Marketing functions such as Demand, Content, and Product Marketing. This person will be a key department leader and member of the Marketing Leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Own global web strategy and experience end-to-end, including the design, CRO, strategic roadmap, A/B testing, web development, and infrastructure for Keyfactor’s corporate websites

  • Be responsible for brand development: online, website traffic growth, website user experience, and online campaign management

  • Manage and oversee creative and digital acquisition strategy for SEM, web chat, paid ads, social, email, display, and content syndication to acquire and engage high-value accounts.

  • Lead, manage, and execute a SEO and CRO strategy to execute multi-channel digital programs driving key business metrics (qualified opportunities, pipeline and new business growth).

  • Build customer journeys, landing pages, digital, and content experiences to drive higher web conversion rates. Conduct A/B tests, usability tests, and other methods to validate hypotheses and make data-driven decisions.

  • Partner with Business Transformation, Product and Content Marketing teams to support web content strategy and analytics to align with demand model. Provide comprehensive reports to senior management, highlighting key insights, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Manage agency partners and teams responsible for creative, web, and digital marketing

  • Own marketing-related web and digital technology, which could include SEMRush, Pathfactory, 6Sense, web chat, Wistia, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6-8+ years of website support and marketing experience is required

  • Experience optimizing a website for B2B and/or B2C SaaS companies

  • Expert with CMS to create and administer a corporate/business website

  • Strong technical background in website with ability to pick up and optimize new tools quickly

  • Considerable working knowledge of website standards and digital best practices

  • A passion for SEO best practices, CRO; highly proficient with SEMRush

  • Google Analytics mastery, as well as experience with Google Tag Manager

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Ability to do the high level, detail and everything in-between

  • Detail-oriented with a flexible, solution-oriented mindset

  • Demonstrates a balance of drive, business acumen, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Salary will be commensurate with experience.
