About the Role:

We are looking for a self-driven and experienced Head of Web3 Strategy with knowledge of Web3 and Blockchain to join and help lead the Flight3 teamā€™s marketing efforts.

The ideal candidate will oversee marketing activities to surprise and delight clients, securing and presenting campaign-defining results. You will manage a team of enthusiastic marketing professionals and will direct our marketing efforts to empower our clients to realise their business objectives.

A knowledge and passion for Web3, blockchain, and decentralised finance is a must. Additionally, we need you in the office 2-3 days per week as well as operating remotely.

Responsibilities:

  1. Set marketing goals and objectives for client accounts and Zebu Live.
  2. Plan, implement and manage effective marketing strategies for client accounts
  3. Contribute to the company's overall growth by attracting new clients, ensuring existing and new clients are satisfied with F3 activity and maintaining long relationships.
  4. Determine KPIs for the marketing department - track and present reports
  5. Manage the marketing budget
  6. Create and present the annual marketing plan and strategy
  7. Use data and reports to make evidence-based decisions
  8. Assist AMs in executing effective marketing campaigns

    • 2 + years of work experience in a Head of Web3 Strategy role in the Web3 space
    • Knowledge or experience in and/or Web3/Blockchain
    • Hands-on experience with CRM and SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords, HubSpot, etc.
    • In-depth knowledge of big data analysis
    • Experience of producing and presenting reports
    • Management experience
    • Additional marketing certifications are a plus
