We work on smart contract auditing, security research, software development, consulting, and customized training. As Sales Director for Arbitrary Execution, youโ€™ll be essential in helping us expand our business in the fast-growing crypto industry.

About The Role

As Sales Director, youโ€™ll work to transform leads into customers in all areas of our business. Some key responsibilities will be:

  • Translating overall business goals into sales targets and strategies
  • Working closely with the engineering team to understand our products/services
  • Aligning with marketing on pipeline generation and understanding customer pain points
  • Creating and delivering sales presentations
  • Managing the sales process from start to finish including prospecting, demos, proposals, quotes, contracts, billing and delivery
  • Representing Arbitrary Execution at live and virtual events
  • Serving as a key point of contact for customer inquires

Requirements
  • 4+ years working in B2B technology sales
  • A firm understanding of (or demonstrated passion for) decentralized tech, Web 3.0, and/or cybersecurity
  • History of building strong customer relationships
  • Capacity to create sales process flows/models that help guide the company toward recurring revenue
  • Excellent communication and negotiating skills with enough technical proficiency to explain complex topics
  • Excitement for working in a fast paced, early-stage startup
  • Capacity to further educate business leaders on sales best practices and methodologies
  • Self-driven, adaptable and execution oriented
  • Good energy and sense of humor
