The ideal candidate will be a blockchain enthusiast with a proven track record of driving adoption and building strong partnerships within the blockchain ecosystem.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Network Expansion and Partner Recruitment

• Strategically recruit and onboard new validators to enhance the robustness and decentralization of our network.
• Build strong relationships with existing and potential partners to promote growth and collaboration.
• Cultivate partnerships with third-party organizations to expand the ecosystem and encourage development on our platform.

2. Community Engagement and Education

• Foster an active and engaged developer community around STRATO Mercata through events, webinars, Discord, and other educational initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison to support and encourage participation in our network.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors to ensure STRATO Mercata remains at the forefront of innovation.

3. Technical Understanding and Alignment

• Collaborate with the engineering team to understand technical aspects of STRATO Mercata and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential partners.
• Work closely with the engineering and product teams to align network development with market demands.

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in the business environment.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or partnerships within the blockchain or related industries.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for network growth and improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in blockchain, business development, community building or a related field.
• At least 1 year of technical experience managing validators within a blockchain environment, demonstrating an understanding of its operational requirements.
• Knowledge of Ethereum-based protocols and smart contracting languages is a plus.
