Responsibilities

• Oversee a number of functional teams under IT Operations division and work closely with leaders in each functional teams within the region to ensure smooth and quality IT operations to support all business units in the company
• Responsible for the overall strategy and planning related to people management and resource management of the IT Operations division
• Align team goals with corporate business objectives per direction from senior management
• Involve in global leadership of IT Operations function and work with leaders in different regions to ensure standardization of IT operations and service delivery across the globe
• Oversee status and delivery of projects related to IT Operations, provide advice and guidance to unblock potential issues from technical and business perspective
• Act as an escalation point of contact for issues related to IT Operations impacting different business units from sub-team leaders
• Take ultimate ownership of IT Operations function and seek opportunities for improvement of the whole division
• Required to be the emergency contact for senior management on critical IT Operations issues that arise during office and non-office hours including weekend and holidays

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
• At least 4 years of experience in managing a considerate team size of professionals and engineers to deliver quality IT services and technical projects to end users or customers in a fast-paced environment, preferably MNC, Technology and/or FSI Industry
• Strong experience in team resources planning and people management
• Familiar with ITIL or relevant service management framework
• Good communications skills in both written and spoken in English
• Familiar with IT infrastructure technologies related to end user systems & networking is a plus
• Holders of CISM, CISSP or relevant certifications is a plus
