Responsibilities
- Own Paradigm’s overall research and content strategy with a focus on trading and market structure
- Drive engagement amongst Paradigm’s users through the delivery of high quality content.
- Develop and maintain a regular release schedule for blog posts, Twitter research threads, AMAs/podcasts, Twitter/Spaces etc.
- Partner with Growth and Sales teams to develop compelling content for marketing campaigns. You will spend your time mapping out who Paradigm’s customers are, what their needs are and tailor content strategy for each of these segments
- Collaborate with Paradigm’s partners and customer base to co-author content and drive additional engagement
Requirements
- 4+ years experience working in a direct trading or quant/research role or a proven ability to understand trading markets and concepts.
- Deep passion for derivatives trading and market structure across CeFi and DeFi
- Strong familiarity with data and data science tools/languages
- Comfortable working with both content publishing tools (e.g. Webflow) and marketing automation tools (e.g. Hubspot)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar tools
- Forward-thinking with a desire to learn and take on new challenges
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
