The Mission

We seek a dynamic and creative Web3 Community and Social Media powerhouse. This role focuses on launching SWAYE and expand our social media presence and community engagement, with a particular emphasis on platforms integral to the Web3 ecosystem, such as Discord, Twitter and Instagram

The Role:

As a Web3 Community & Social Media Director at SWAYE, you will:

• Lead the communication and promotion of our digital initiatives, focusing on community growth and engagement in the blockchain gaming and NFT sectors.
• Engage with and understand our audience, leveraging your knowledge of Web3, blockchain, and NFTs to drive insights and strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a community-building strategy for SWAYE’s presence in Web3 spaces, with a focus on Discord and other relevant platforms.
• Actively engage with community members, moderators, and influencers, creating meaningful and innovative activations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create and distribute content across various platforms, maintaining a consistent and impactful brand presence.
• Partner with marketing to launch campaigns and introduce new products or features.
• Contribute to marketing strategies, including copywriting and coordination of cross-channel activities.
• Support and coordinate with SWAYE partners in their community and social media efforts.
• Plan and oversee a robust schedule of announcements, events, and community initiatives.
• Provide regular reports on community feedback, engagement metrics, and KPIs.
• Organize and promote interactive community events, such as AMAs or town halls, within the Web3 ecosystem.
• Forge relationships with key players in the Web3, blockchain gaming, and NFT communities.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in technology, gaming, and social media, applying these insights to our strategies.

The Ideal Candidate:

Key Skills:

• Growth mindset, and the ability to create hard-working outcomes
• Demonstrated expertise in social media management, preferably with experience in the Web3, blockchain gaming, and NFT sectors.
• Strong track record in building and managing online communities, especially on platforms like Discord.
• Passion for technology, gaming, and the creator economy.
• Solid understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, including copywriting and content creation.
• Multi-platform digital marketing campaign experience is highly valued.
• Creative abilities, such as video production, are advantageous.
• Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic nature of the Web3 environment, including working unconventional hours when necessary.
