About the Job
In this role, you will work directly with the CEO and founding team to envision, architect, and grow the OTM prodcut. We are a remote team (and intend to keep it that way), and welcome applicants from any location.
Who are you?
We are looking for an engineer that thrives in a fast-paced environment and can adapt and be flexible as the industry around us evolves. The ideal candidate will not only have deep technical skills, but is a team player with strong communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. We are a lean team, so there will be a need to wear multiple hats in this role. The candidate should have a passion for blockchain technology, the future of NFTs, and a desire to always be learning and growing.
Our ideal candidate will have:
- Experience developing web-based consumer-facing applications
- Ability to work on the full web stack: UI/UX design / front-end development / back-end development
- Hands-on experience coding in React.js, Python, CSS, JavaScript, Go, SQL, and/or other programming languages
- Comfort level contributing to product decisions
- A passion for blockchain technology, NFTs, and ideally NBA Top Shot and other products built on Flow
- High level understanding of blockchain technology; hands-on experience with blockchain and smart contracts is a strong plus
