DESCRIPTION: The Associate Recruiter is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual to join the team at Foundry, a subsidiary of the blockchain industry’s most prolific and active investor, Digital Currency Group. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead, the Associate Recruiter will assist in the execution of day-to-day recruitment activates, from screening candidates, to scheduling interviews.

This is a rare invitation to join a small, highly professional entrepreneurial group, with the backing of the most established player in the fast-growing crypto space.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and track all candidates through the hiring process. Work with hiring managers and interviewers to ensure that the process moves as efficiently as possible. Maintain all pertinent applicant data in the applicant tracking system (Greenhouse).
  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and initial phone screenings.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities to ensure a pipeline of quality candidates into the hiring process. Coordinate university career fairs including registration and company participants.
  • Generate recruitmentreports and analytics for stakeholders to provide insights into recruitment metrics and performance.
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition lead and hiring managers to understand the requirements of each role.
  • Lead Foundry’s summer internship program, managing the interview process and program experience.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout hiring process.

Minimum Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Minimum two years of a proven track record in a recruiter, or recruiting coordinator role in a manufacturing, operations, or warehouse environment.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or equivalent experience
  • Experience with MS Office tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to function well in a fast-paced start up environment

Preferred Qualifications; Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • ATS Experience, specifically Greenhouse
  • Interest in cryptocurrency

A range of compensation is provided for transparency, however different factors may affect this range. Some of these factors may include (but are not limited to) education, training, credentials, skills, geographic location, and experience. This range only includes base compensation and does not include other tangible benefits such as 401K match, bonuses, overtime pay, and other benefits.
Range of Compensation: $65,000-$80,000/year
