We are on the lookout for an experienced Marketing Lead to spearhead our marketing initiatives for our wallet and ETH businesses. The ideal candidate will be a strong full-stack marketing generalist who can build narratives via social, communicate product marketing to consumers distilled down from complex technical topics, help the growth marketing team with evergreen growth tactics like SEO, Paid Ads and Lifecycle marketing, as well as collaborate effectively with business strategy leads and product managers to form a powerhouse trio.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Take the helm of marketing for our wallet and Bitcoin segments, collaborating closely with business strategy leads and product managers to ensure excellence in execution and alignment with overall business goals.
• Narrative Development: Craft and manage sub-narratives for our wallet and Bitcoin offerings, ensuring they seamlessly integrate into the larger Magic Eden (ME) narrative. Your work will help our audience grasp the significance of our cross-chain capabilities.
• Growth Initiatives: Lead the charge on unique growth strategies for each business unit, while also coordinating with the growth team on sustainable initiatives like SEO, paid advertising, and lifecycle marketing. Your innovative approach to growth will drive our market presence and user base.
• Product Marketing: Serve as a product marketing manager, simplifying complex product offerings for public understanding. You will conduct competitive intelligence and engage with the community through audience interviews, ensuring our marketing strategies are informed, relevant, and community-focused.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of running successful product launch or growth campaigns in high growth consumer technology environments
• Demonstrated experience across multiple marketing disciplines; full-stack product marketer with some exposure to growth strongly preferred
• Deep experience working with product teams across 0 to 1, and 1 to 100 products
• Experience with early-stage start-ups and dealing with quick launch cycles and iterations
• Familiarity with SEO, paid advertising, and lifecycle marketing strategies
• Strong ability to work cross-functionally, and align multiple teams and initiatives to define go-to-market strategy
• Deeply curious self-starter or native understanding of the NFT ecosystem
• Strong storytelling skills, and the ability to create clear and compelling narratives to drive awareness of Magic Eden as the leading NFT platform
• Excellent written, verbal, and professional communication skills
• Marketing experience for B2C (specifically mobile payment) apps strongly preferred

The compensation for this position will vary based on geography and other factors (including years and depth of experience and expertise, and other business considerations). The base salary range for this role for the United States is $180,000 - $210,000. Additionally, this full-time role is eligible to receive benefits, as well as participate in Magic Eden’s equity plan. Final offer package will be at the company’s sole discretion.
