A bit about the role:
Here at Immutable, we are pushing the boundaries of games to the next level where the digital assets you earn in game are truly yours. In order to achieve this, we are investing in top talent from around the world to achieve this vision. We are looking for an experienced Producer to work across Immutable Games; Gods Unchained (GU) and Guild of Guardians (GoG).
We want to build a growth-multiplying superpower for Immutable by coupling best-in-class performance marketing practices with the fast-learning benefits of iteration and agile/lean ways of working.
With GU's launch into Epic Game Stores and GoG launching on mobile, the need for someone to manage the increasingly complex nature of both games has developed. In this role, you will have the opportunity to create clear agile processes and manage key priorities across our creative and content teams. You will work with external vendors and manage internal communications across the business to set the team up for success. Given this is a newly created opportunity, you will have high levels of autonomy and will be empowered to build this role from the ground up.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Manage the marketing team agile work-stream including milestones, overall team timeline, scheduling of team meetings, marketing deliverables and reviews
- Collaborate with the GU and GoG production team to develop a roadmap and coordinate creative and content deliveries with key milestones across all disciplines
- Manage multiple production contractors/vendors to produce content
- Own asset management and distribution
- Work and communicate frequently with cross-functional teams to manage and prioritise marketing initiatives
We would love you to have:
- 3+ years experience in production
- An understanding of Agile practices or familiarity with other similar Project Management approaches
- Strong experience managing vendors
- Experience in production or content production
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Some extra skills that would be awesome:
- Interest in the blockchain and NFT space
- Experience working directly with people from diverse backgrounds
