About the Role

Figure Equity Solutions is a comprehensive solution to raise, manage and trade private company equity. FES clients can use a single platform solution built to scale with companies of all sizes. The platform is integrated with a liquid marketplace, offering access to thousands of accredited investors.

As our Operations Analyst, you’ll be implementing digital securities and supporting clients with our cutting edge capitalization table. This role will consult clients on cap table implementation and offer product support ensuring a high level of customer success.

What You’ll Do

• Review securities documentation and implement the digital cap table
• Be part of an implementation project team; work alongside multiple disciplines within Figure, such as business development, operations management and product development
• Leverage best practices and contribute to our knowledge base (resource library, design templates, implementation workflow, etc.)
• Aggregate and analyze feedback from customers to deliver impactful recommendations for product and operations
• Participate & guide throughout the entire project lifecycle from initiation to closure
• Learn how to become a trusted advisor and to offer exemplary customer service
• Be a champion of the Figure mission of bringing blockchain solutions to the financial services industry

What We Look For

• Bachelor degree in finance, accounting or business preferred
• 2+ years of experience in B2B customer success, technical support or product support
• 3+ years of subject matter expertise with Cap Tables
• Experience with converting, manipulating or analyzing large data sets required
• Equity compensation experience is a plus
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills required
• Ability to problem solve and drive efficiency
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Series 7, ECA, or other securities certification a plus
