Description:
- Handle full set of account including management accounts independently
- Handle expense approval
- Assist in payment and liaise with bank when needed
- Liaise with auditors/tax representatives
- Liaise with other departments for new business/policy implementation in accounting prospective
- Accounting system implementation: assist in accounting system migration from Kingdee to Oracle NetSuite and implementation of inhouse expense approval system
- Support ad-hoc projects when necessary
Requirement:
- Degree in Accounting/ Finance or related disciplines (ACCA or equivalent preferred)
- At least 5 years relevant experience (audit experience is an advantage)
- Experience in accounting system implementation is preferred
- Detail-minded, hands-on and able to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good Command in both spoken and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin
- Experience in MNC is an advantage
