About the Team:
The finance team manages our global financial activities, including strategic, operational, and treasury finance. We are a growing cross-functional team that partners with stakeholders to develop & drive detailed financial analyses, capital strategies, and resource allocation initiatives to support our short- and long-term goals.
About the Opportunity:
- Maintaining financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
- Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes
- Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections
- Responding to information requests, reviewing financial statements, and assisting with audits
- Implement and manage systems and processes allowing the company to scale its finance functions
- Manage the accumulation and consolidation of all financial data necessary for an accurate accounting of consolidated business results
About You:
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, preferred
- Fluency in English
- Capable of implementing and scaling operational systems and process implementation
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and delivering against deadlines
- Experience with Enterprise ERP systems
- Experience with DATEV
- Experience working with purchase accounting; manufacturing/cost accounting highly preferred
- Experience or knowledge of cryptocurrencies is a plus
