Paxful is seeking an exceptional Finance Analyst to join one of the fastest growing P2P cryptocurrency marketplaces and cover various responsibilities focusing on Accounts Payable and FP&A. This role requires a deep understanding of FP&A best practices and how to use them to scale an organization that is experiencing hyper growth.

As a key member of our team, your responsibilities will entail:

• Assist with all accounts payable administrative functions, ensuring that invoice processing is timely, accurate, and complete
• Process employee expense reports, including verification of receipts and coding
• Coordinate planning and rolling forecasts process on a monthly / quarterly /annual basis to facilitate resource allocation towards the company’s growth objectives.
• Oversee comprehensive reporting, analyses and projections of KPI metrics and financials. Develop and enhance necessary dashboards to track business performance, identify trends and proactively engage with functional leaders to stay ahead of key changes to the business.
• Continuously improve internal control processes, financial modeling, forecasting and reporting
• Work closely with the Finance and Leadership teams to prepare the company for fundraises from a forecasting and planning perspective.
• Develop presentations and analytical materials to be presented to senior and executive management; analytical materials include pricing, partnership, and marketing program analyses
• Maintaining and reconciling balance sheet and general ledger accounts
• Producing payroll, printing checks
• Performing bank reconciliations
• Performing other accounting duties as requested by direct Manager

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3-6+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, with knowledge of accounts payable functions
• Cryptocurrency experience is preferred, but not required
• Investment banking or venture capital experience a plus
• Experience in scaling high-growth companies from a Finance perspective a
  plus
• Thorough understanding of general accounting and a passion for understanding GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics used by investors; CPA not required
• Experience with Quickbooks and ERP / financial systems such as NetSuite, Adaptive Forecasting a plus
• Strong statistical, analytical and quantitative skills
• Sharp attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a timely manner
• Expert ability with Excel and Google Office Suite
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated leadership and partnering skills, including success in influencing outside of direct reporting line
• Self-motivated and self-directed
• Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas
• Versatility, flexibility and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
