Opportunity for Impact

Revenue Operations at TaxBit is a vital piece enabling our Go-To-Market capability.

  • Set up, administer, and maintain systems that support associated processes
  • Drive the strategic planning of organizational and operating models
  • Manage the data and provide insights for GTM performance
  • Work cross-functionally to drive deal management (e.g., pricing, contracts)
  • Propel an ongoing improvement of GTM capability through learning

The RevOps Specialist will support all five areas. This role is a critical part of delivering value and insight to the broader GTM capability and TaxBit business; it helps put Sales AEs against the best accounts, points Marketing towards the right audiences, and supports Customer Success in their retention and expansion goals.

Focus areas for this role will include but aren’t limited to: working with Salesforce to process inbound requests related to system administration; creating reports in tools like Salesforce and Hubspot; keeping tabs on and updating such reports as GTM needs change; supporting RevOps on identifying new accounts; enriching account data and uploading into Salesforce; distributing prospects to the appropriate AE and SDR; and account scoring. These responsibilities ensure the GTM capability at TaxBit is operating at maximum effectiveness.

A strong candidate is able to understand some moderately complex systems, work quickly, think analytically, independently remain abreast of responsibilities, independently interface with GTM stakeholders to note down and update their domain of work, and collaborates well with others.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Salesforce administration and insight generation support; ensure the Sales tech stack is capturing and showcasing data correctly to produce insights that drive the business forward
  • Building reports in Salesforce, Hubspot, Excel, and other systems to support business execution; work with GTM stakeholders to identify metrics and insights, ensuring the TaxBit tech stack is producing views with those metrics and insights
  • Ensure data is captured, cleansed, enriched, and uploaded correctly; data is the foundation for all of our business insights
  • New account/prospect discovery to drive the growth of our business; keep tabs on the exciting, exploding Web3 space and ensure new entrants are being captured in Salesforce

Professional Qualifications

  • 1-2 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, Data Analytics, Data Science, or other role involving analytical, critical-thinking, and data-oriented skill set
  • Familiarity with Salesforce user management, configuration, and reporting
  • Familiarity with sales technologies like Outreach, Gong.io, and Clari
  • Ability to conduct desk research
  • Experience with data cleansing and enrichment
  • Ability to research solutions using Salesforce resources

Desired Skills

  • Experience working with users to diagnose and troubleshoot issues
  • Ability to problem solve creatively with an emphasis on simple solutions
  • Familiarity with crypto, types of Web3 businesses, and names of key businesses
  • Quickly get up to speed on sales technologies
  • Independently own data capture, entry, and production workstreams

The base salary range for this role is $71,000 - $132,000. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits. Actual compensation will vary depending on various job-related factors, including, but not limited to location, experience, level, and job qualifications.
