We are currently looking for an Office Support / Intern 40-60% to join our team. The starting date would be by arrangement at our new office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

This role is temporary for 6 months with the potential for an extension.

Responsibilities

• Attending to the reception, cafeteria, and meeting rooms
• Be the contact person for employee and visitor requests
• Answering calls and replying to emails
• Maintaining an overview of the office supplies
• General office support activities (sending mail, running errands, grocery shopping, etc.)
• Keeping the coffee kitchen and meeting rooms tidy and clean throughout the day
• Assistance with in-house events

• Completed vocational training, or currently studying
• Ideally experience in the service sector, but not a must
• Fluent in German and English
• Experienced using MS-Office applications
• Teamwork skills with ability to work in a multicultural environment and build harmonious working relationships
• Organised, structured, and independent working >
• Valid work permit to work in Switzerland
