About the role

Palm NFT Studio is looking for an experienced and intuitive Executive Assistant.

This person will provide high quality and exceptional organisational support across multiple time zones. This role requires the ability to pivot quickly and anticipate issues before they arise and will give you exposure across the company enabling you to play a big part in Palm NFT Studio’s expansion.

Responsibilities

• Provide high quality executive support to multiple teams
• Maintain and manage calendars; take a proactive forward planning approach to diary management
• Work as part of the EA function, collaborating with the Senior EA
• Stay ahead of potential scheduling conflicts, using initiative to find solutions and communicate changes in a timely manner
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including but not limited to itineraries, flights, check in and transportation
• Process expenses
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the capacity to work effectively with all levels of the organisation
• The ability to multitask and prioritise an ever-changing workload
• The ability to work under pressure and reach deadlines
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• The ability to work autonomously, a true self starter, working with little supervision and operating with a sense of urgency in executing and delivering
• The ability to build relationships and collaborate across all levels across the business and with external contacts

Required Skills

• 2 years of PA/EA support experience in financial, banking, crypto or media industry a benefit
• experience of Google Workspace/Slack
• Ability to pivot quickly with high levels of flexibility and adaptability
• Flawless communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Proactive, positive, ‘we can do this’ attitude
• Helping others is always a pleasure, never a chore

Bonus Points

• Experience working in a start-up as well as a big corporate
• Experience working remotely
• Keen interest in blockchain technology / NFT/Web3/ art/music
