Role Description

As a Quantitative Researcher, you’ll drive strategy development from idea to production. You’ll research alpha signals, build models, and launch live strategies fast. You’ll work side-by-side with engineers and traders in a flat, highly technical environment, where your work goes live in hours. You’ll have full ownership over your models and their performance.

Core Responsibilities

• Research and build predictive signals across CEX and DeFi markets
• Design and implement short-term trading strategies (from milliseconds to minutes)
• Analyze market microstructure to uncover inefficiencies and edge
• Backtest, simulate, and refine models across high-frequency and mid-frequency regimes
• Collaborate closely with engineering to productionize strategies
• Optimize performance with rigorous data analysis and risk frameworks

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in quantitative research, ideally in trading or HFT
• Strong Python skills (bonus: Rust, C++)
• Solid grasp of statistics, probability, and time-series modeling
• Experience working with tick data, blockchain data, or alternative data sources
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, DEXs, and smart contract mechanics
• BS/MS/PhD in a technical field (Math, CS, Physics, etc.) — or equivalent real-world experience
