About the Role:


We seek an accomplished Senior HR Executive with over 3 years of experience to join our team. This role centers around overseeing end-to-end recruitment, streamlining operational policies, and maintaining a cohesive team. We are in search of an individual who demonstrates focus, diligence, and the ability to consistently meet the expectations of all stakeholders.


Responsibilities:


  • Mentor a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, and training.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement.

  • Address grievances ensuring fair, consistent, and proper resolution in consideration of company policy, procedures, and values.

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, sourcing, interviewing, and candidate selection.

  • Streamline HR operations, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

  • Handle employee documentation, onboarding, benefits administration, and offboarding processes.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on employee engagement, recruitment, operations, and team management.

  • MBA in Human Resources or related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in managing a team.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Comfortable using tools like Zoom, Slack, Keka, FreshTeam, and 1Password.



Location: Gurgaon, India
