About the Opportunity
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Web3 Platform Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Web3 technologies and protocols, and will be able to lead the development of innovative product solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Web3 platform
- Work closely with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize product features
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation
- Develop and execute product testing and launch plans
- Measure and analyze product performance to ensure alignment with business goals
What We Look For In You:
- Relevant work experience in product management, with a focus on Web3 or blockchain technologies
- Knowledgeable in handling big data governance and experienced in designing complex systems
- Good understanding of blockchain data structure and how to analyze
- Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex problems
- Ability to work under pressure and multitasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin Chinese
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with agile product development methodologies
- Experience with data analysis and visualization
- Experience with user research and testing
- Prefer candidates with experience in using blockchain analysis tools like Dune, Nansen, or Dextools etc.
- Prefer candidates with a background in designing big data warehouses or data platforms
