Candidate requirements

These are the minimum requirements a candidate must meet to be considered for this role.

  • Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end web applications, including frontend (React) and backend (Node.js or equivalent).
  • Collaborate closely with the product, design, and backend teams to ensure seamless integration of frontend and backend systems.
  • Optimize application performance and scalability for high-demand DeFi use cases.
  • Participate in the design and architecture of smart contracts to ensure smooth integration with blockchain technology.
  • Conduct code reviews and testing to maintain high code quality and security standards.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in blockchain, DeFi, and fullstack development.

Job responsibilities

  • Act as an outsourced accounting and operations officer for our DAO clients
  • Provide outsourced accounting work
  • Assist with Grant Management
  • Complete KYC and Due Diligence on grant proposals
  • Produce and track fee proposals for client service enquiries
  • Take ownership for client onboarding, ensuring all due diligence and KYC procedures are adhered to at the highest standard of compliance
  • Produce monthly reports, articles and presentations as required
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with all service providers within the financial services industry
  • Other duties as required by Directors from time to time
