Job Description:

Required Qualifications

β€’ 7+ years of professional software engineering experience.

β€’ Hands‑on experience building or integrating blockchain or distributed ledger systems.

β€’ Strong understanding of Layer‑1 blockchain protocols and transaction lifecycles.

β€’ Experience building backend services, APIs, and infrastructure components.

β€’ Proficiency in one or more languages such as Go, Java, Rust, Python, or similar.

β€’ Ability to work effectively across custody, security, and platform teams.


Strongly Preferred

β€’ Experience with blockchain indexers, explorers, or chain analytics systems.

β€’ Familiarity with wallet architecture and blockchain signing workflows.

β€’ Exposure to crypto custody platforms or security‑sensitive financial systems.

β€’ Strong debugging instincts in distributed, asynchronous environments.

β€’ Experience using AI tooling to support complex software development.


What Success Looks Like

β€’ Blockchain integrations are predictable, observable, and resilient.

β€’ Wallet and transaction pipelines behave correctly across normal and edge‑case chain conditions.

β€’ Custody systems interact with blockchains safely and consistently.

β€’ Incidents related to blockchain dependencies are well understood and quickly diagnosed.

β€’ This role establishes strong foundations for scalable digital‑asset custody and tokenization platforms.
