We are seeking a talented and experienced Sr. Brand Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping and executing our brand's visual identity, ensuring that it resonates with our audience and stands out in the market. Your creativity, strategic thinking, and spotless execution will play a key role in defining, producing, and evolving Aztec’s brand's aesthetics and narrative.

This is a remote position based in the US

Your responsibilities will include:

• Lead the development and execution of creative brand projects, ensuring they align with our brand strategy and identity.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver innovative design solutions for a variety of platforms, including web, product, motion, print, and social media.
• Capture groundbreaking technical concepts and creatively translate them into relatable and clear visual pieces.
• Develop and refine our brand guidelines, ensuring consistency and high-quality standards across all visual communications.
• Embody Aztec’s brand identity, always advocating for a delightful and consistent user experience throughout all branded outlets.
• Maintain and contribute to a growing variety of design resources and templates.
• Become a trusted partner for all-things Design for the entire Organization.
• Present design concepts to stakeholders, effectively communicating design vision and rationale.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of design experience, preferably in technology companies
• Strong fundamental knowledge of formal design principles
• A sharp eye for detail, and a refined taste for design
• Experience taking initiative, working independently, managing stakeholders, and taking ownership of projects and timelines
• A collaborative can-do attitude,paired with a hyper-organized mindset
• Ability to take technical/complex concepts and explain them artfully and simply using design as a resource
• Ability to produce clean, slick graphics and web layouts optimized around modern design standards for technology products
• Experience creating and contributing to design >
• Experience taking initiative, working independently to resolve issues, and taking ownership of projects
• Experience collaborating with external contractors
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite, especially Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Proficiency in Figma
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe After Effects is heavily preferred
• Knowledge of Webflow is heavily preferred
• Familiarity with 3D software is preferred
• Familiarity with blockchain and ZK technologies is preferred

Base Salary: $135,000 - $150,000 + equity + additional benefits. The salary for this position will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
