As a Communications and Social Media Manager at Figment, you will manage our online representation via social networks such as Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, Telegram, Reddit, and more. You will also help create connections with media partners, news outlets, podcasts, live video, AMA’s and events, to help build our brand identity and content strategy.

You will work directly within our marketing team to spread awareness and knowledge about Web 3, Staking, and our ecosystem of products.

This job is for a people person, someone who loves writing about crypto and cultivating partnerships. Help us bring awareness and create amazing connections for Web 3.

Responsibilities/Duties

• Develop a marketing strategy for social media
• Increase community engagement online & help curate our brand persona
• Work with our team to develop the story for our online presence
• Break down and communicate technical topics that can be readily understood
• Memes
• Execute a content calendar increasing engagement, providing suggestions on how to enhance over the long-term.
• Create and maintain relationships with the press and influencers

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Crypto and blockchain
• Content writing experience
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deadlines are met.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Great memer & storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
