Our project aims to be the Robinhood of residential real estate investing, allowing anybody on the platform access to real time investments in neighborhoods across the country. We are looking for a Community Engagement Manager to collaborate with team leadership and leverage our resources and expertise to grow this product and bring more engaged users to the platform.

This project will be supported by Share Ventures and the successful hire will join our growing team primarily based in Los Angeles, CA.


Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive, strategic marketing plans that align with the company’s goals and target audiences.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to research and implement campaigns that grow our community base and increase engagement with users.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize ROI
  • Take ownership of our external facing user communities. (Discord/Reddit/etc)
  • Set the direction, goals and metrics that help us understand and improve our community's success
  • Work collaboratively with the team to understand, prioritize, and implement customer feedback

Qualifications

  • Love of building and fostering relationships.
  • Familiarity with blockchain technology and/or decentralized finance
  • Ability to thrive in an early-stage startup environment with less stability and more ambiguity.
  • Experience with marketing and community engagement platforms like Twitter, Discord and Reddit.
  • Experience working in marketing, user experience, or hands-on community management roles

Some specific responsibilities of a community manager in web3 may include:

  • Developing and implementing strategies for engaging with and growing the community in social madia (most likely on Discord and Twitter)
  • Moderating online forums and social media groups, and responding to community members questions and concerns
  • Organizing and hosting events and meetups to bring community members together and foster collaboration and knowledge sharing
  • Working closely with the development team to ensure that the community's needs and feedback are being taken into account in the design and development of the technology
  • Providing regular updates and information to the community about the progress and status of the technology
  • Dentifying and addressing any issues or conflicts within the community, and working to resolve them in a positive and constructive manner.
