  • Pay varies depending on your location. U.S. locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. For candidates outside of metro market areas, we use the state average.
  • The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions.
  • Nova Labs targets the 50th percentile of the pay scale for new hires.
  • The salary pay scale for the target experience and target skill set US locations:
    • Tier 1 (San Francisco / New York City): $106,000 - $144,000
    • Tier 2 (Boston, Seattle, DC, San Diego, Los Angeles, CA State Avg): $96,000 - $130,000
    • Tier 3 (Austin, Dallas, Denver, Chicago, Detroit, Houston, Phoenix, Portland, Philadelphia, Sacramento): $90,000 - $123,000
    • Tier 4 Other, Miami, Columbus, Raleigh-Durham, SLC, Orlando, Eugene, NH, San Antonio): $85,000 - $115,000
