We are seeking a Social Media Manager with a Web3 background for managing and developing B2B and B2C social media accounts of Etherspot.
Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and execute the social media strategy
- Develop high-quality content, strategize multi-channel initiatives, and optimize the performance of Etherspot’s B2B and B2C product SM accounts
- Write copy for tweets, blog posts and messages
- Co-create original content for our channels with video & graphic designers
- Plug Etherspot’s products into relevant conversations, capitalizing on Crypto Twitter discussions within our topic map
- Lead comms on Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Linkedin, and other relevant channels
- Capitalize on the newsjacking & RTM opportunities
- Manage an SM content calendar and align it with the general marketing schedule including influencer, PR, and partner campaigns
- Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place
- Stay on top of the industry trends and obsessed with all things Web3
- Set up UTM tracking tags and analyse the end-of-campaign performance
Requirements:
- Experience in producing and delivering social media strategy and output
- Willingness to monitor social feeds in an ongoing manner and constantly look for opportunities to plug Etherspot’s products into relevant discussions
- Data-driven and results-focused - leveraging all the relevant analytics platforms, experimenting with A/B testing, paid ads platforms, and segmented content campaigns
- Experience in writing and editing copy
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in Crypto Twitter jargon
- A track record in increasing traffic, awareness, and conversions through social media marketing
- Producing insight reports for the wider company, analysing your output with actionable insights that help us succeed
- Work cross-functionally with other departments from product, business and marketing
- Native English speaker
- Experience in user acquisition funnels
- Complete ownership and ability to act on feedback (and to provide it too!)
