We are seeking a versatile and strategic Content Marketing and Communications Lead to join our team! This role will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication strategies aligned to our product roadmap and key messaging, managing content creation and distribution, enhancing product marketing and key collateral, and coordinating PR activities to enhance our brand's visibility and reputation.

Your Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement integrated communication strategies to effectively engage our target audience and stakeholders.
    • Create and curate compelling content across various channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and more, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, in particular the product and sales divisions, to support product marketing initiatives that aligns with our business objectives.
    • Develop and maintain a comprehensive editorial calendar to streamline content management across key communication platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational messaging and brand strategy.
    • Work with external PR agencies to lead PR activities, including media relations, press releases, thought leadership initiatives, and event planning, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
    • Provide essential support and resources for internal spokespeople to foster independent content development.
    • Track, measure, and analyse communication, content, and digital marketing performance using relevant metrics and KPIs, and use insights to optimize future strategies.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communication, content marketing, SEO, and PR.
    • Manage company SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies, to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.

Your Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
    • At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
    • Experience managing PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and event planning.
    • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and messages for different audiences.
    • Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress and AirTable, Email Management systems such as Pardot, and Project Management tools such as Trello, SEO tools and Google Analytics.
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • A highly organized, creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, brand communication, and driving results.
    • Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
    • Interest in the fintech industry and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
