We are seeking a Social Media Manager with a Web3 background for managing and developing B2B and B2C social media accounts of Etherspot. 

Responsibilities:

  • Create, update, and execute the social media strategy
  • Develop high-quality content, strategize multi-channel initiatives, and optimize the performance of Etherspot’s B2B and B2C product SM accounts
  • Write copy for tweets, blog posts and messages
  • Co-create original content for our channels with video & graphic designers
  • Plug Etherspot’s products into relevant conversations, capitalizing on Crypto Twitter discussions within our topic map
  • Lead comms on Twitter, YouTube, Reddit, Linkedin, and other relevant channels
  • Capitalize on the newsjacking & RTM opportunities
  • Manage an SM content calendar and align it with the general marketing schedule including influencer, PR, and partner campaigns
  • Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place
  • Stay on top of the industry trends and obsessed with all things Web3
  • Set up UTM tracking tags and analyse the end-of-campaign performance


Requirements:

  • Experience in producing and delivering social media strategy and output
  • Willingness to monitor social feeds in an ongoing manner and constantly look for opportunities to plug Etherspot’s products into relevant discussions
  • Data-driven and results-focused - leveraging all the relevant analytics platforms, experimenting with A/B testing, paid ads platforms, and segmented content campaigns
  • Experience in writing and editing copy
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in Crypto Twitter jargon
  • A track record in increasing traffic, awareness, and conversions through social media marketing
  • Producing insight reports for the wider company, analysing your output with actionable insights that help us succeed
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments from product, business and marketing
  • Native English speaker
  • Experience in user acquisition funnels
  • Complete ownership and ability to act on feedback (and to provide it too!)
