Content Marketing and Communications Lead
Your Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated communication strategies to effectively engage our target audience and stakeholders.
- Create and curate compelling content across various channels, including website, blog, social media, email, and more, to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, in particular the product and sales divisions, to support product marketing initiatives that aligns with our business objectives.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive editorial calendar to streamline content management across key communication platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational messaging and brand strategy.
- Work with external PR agencies to lead PR activities, including media relations, press releases, thought leadership initiatives, and event planning, to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
- Provide essential support and resources for internal spokespeople to foster independent content development.
- Track, measure, and analyse communication, content, and digital marketing performance using relevant metrics and KPIs, and use insights to optimize future strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in communication, content marketing, SEO, and PR.
- Manage company SEO efforts, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies, to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
Your Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful communication and content marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Experience managing PR activities, including media relations, press releases, and event planning.
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft compelling stories and messages for different audiences.
- Proficiency in content management systems such as WordPress and AirTable, Email Management systems such as Pardot, and Project Management tools such as Trello, SEO tools and Google Analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- A highly organized, creative thinker with a passion for storytelling, brand communication, and driving results.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and experience with keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building strategies.
- Interest in the fintech industry and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
