Responsibilities:Â
- Program Management:
- Event Production: Organize and execute engaging online and offline events like founderâs circles, demo days, and other events, providing a platform for participants to connect, learn, receive mentorship, and share and promote their ideas and products.Â
- Emphasize good vibes and meaningful interactions.
- Prioritize interactive elements such as networking over passive listening to talks.
- Host workshops, including demo days, building/prototyping-focused hackathons, and sessions on securing funding.
- Community Facilitation + Connection: Facilitate connections among builders, helping them find compatible co-founders to enhance collaboration and project success.Â
- Make connections to our advisors, mentors, and
- Event Production: Organize and execute engaging online and offline events like founderâs circles, demo days, and other events, providing a platform for participants to connect, learn, receive mentorship, and share and promote their ideas and products.Â
- Content Production:
- Produce relevant content for the privacy-focused community, offering insights and knowledge transfer specifically targeted at earlier-stage builders in the space.
- Async Content/Programming:
- Develop asynchronous content and programming, creating accessible resources that participants can engage with at their own pace.
- Network Catalyst:
- Get to know everyone in the privacy space,
- Major Annual Event:
- Plan and potentially execute a major annual event, bringing together key players in the privacy and tech ecosystem.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in program and community management, with a track record of supporting flagship programs.
- In-depth understanding of the Web3 ecosystem, bonus points for passion, and background in privacy tech.
- Ability to navigate and contribute to the unique challenges faced by privacy-focused founders and investors.
- Strong communication skills, with a knack for translating technical concepts into accessible content.
- Proficiency in developing and executing engaging content and programming.
- Previous experience in event planning, particularly within the tech and privacy space.
- Familiarity with asynchronous content creation and its impact on community engagement.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background or experience in web3, with a passion for privacy and security.
- Public speaking experience, especially in the context of privacy-focused tech events.
- Demonstrated skills in video production, enhancing the quality and impact of content delivery.
