For one of our crypto portfolio companies within Vacuum Group we are looking for an experienced, entrepreneur-minded, hands-on Marketing Manager, who will take care of all relevant marketing operations in specific fields of the Crypto space, and on a global level.

You will oversee various tasks - from making strategic decisions to managing the marketing budget, providing a full range of services within the fields of brand, communication, campaign management, SEO, community management and strategic marketing. You can imagine this role as a Leader of a marketing agency, who is on a high-potential work trip to provide the best experience for the community.

Key Responsibilities

Brand

  • Drive brand awareness through various channels.

  • Monitor and improve Share of Search metrics.

  • Manage banner campaigns and social engagement, experiment with crypto community engagement topics.

Metrics

  • Analyze social, website stats, and online mentions to gauge consideration metrics.

SEO

  • Collaborate with SEO freelancers for weekly sync and SEMrush checks.

  • Optimize on-site content in collaboration with the SEO freelancer.

  • Address Google Search Console issues in coordination with the front-end dev team.

  • Manage referral links and coordinate with the SEO freelancer for SEO mail.

  • Coordinate the blog migration from Medium.com to the website.

Content

  • Come up with ideas for end users-centric articles.

  • Draft Medium articles using AI and collaborate with management and developers for approval.

  • Measure the impact of published content, evaluate, and set priorities for future content.

Social

  • Plan, create and publish 5-7 tweets per week on Twitter.

  • Replicate tweets on Telegram.

  • Coordinate communication image preparation.

  • Research space communication three times a week for 1 hour.

  • Manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) collaborations and set up relevant KPIs.

Performance

  • Measure & optimize an ongoing banner campaign for app engagement.

  • Plan & organize Twitter and Discord giveaways.

  • Plan and execute in-app competitions (in cooperation with devs).

  • Manage ecosystem Grand Proposals communication with a strategic approach.

Community

  • Oversee Discord stats weekly.

  • Collaborate/ manage 6 community moderators and collaborate with developers for weekly sync.

  • Facilitate communication on the Community Portal with cooperation from moderators and

  • developers.

Other responsibilities

  • Contribute to quarterly budget planning and updates.

  • Collaborate on Launchpad launches mkt. communication & campaigns with 3rd party projects.

  • Evaluate projects launching on the Launchpad in collaboration with a Business development

    person.

  • Contribute to a comprehensive SEO report with an SEO freelancer.

Requirements

  • Hands-on attitude is a must

  • Proven experience in marketing coordination.

  • Strong english communication and collaboration skills.

  • Familiarity with SEO practices.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

  • Hands-on eagerness in communication and copyright creation and tool usage (Twitter, Discord, Google Analytics, etc.)
